saddend to hear on the news the regiment is betting disbanded--The regiment is asocaited with my home town Richmond North Yorkshire

Alot of units Army wide are going to be thinned out over the next 6 years  :sick:

A bad day all round for the Army - I serve and to be honest it's one of the darkest days in my 21 years.

Moral is at an all time low and only set to worsen as the dates of disbandment and amalgamations become nearer  :sad1:

We will reduce by around 20k between now and 2020.
