hope someone can help, might be a stupid question but im a girl so i have an excuse :) the heated seats in my car wont work would i need new fuses or elements ?and where would i get these would i have to go to vw.

Sure You can check the fuses first. If they ok You should geet it scaned with VCDS. Depends from where u are You can find some people on here:
