Title: Strut nut tool

Will this tool work with the strut top nut on a gti?

I just used a modified spark plug socket on my mk 4 but it has disappeard  from my tool box

That one is for the old corrado's, mk2 golfs etc.

Either use an impact gun, or a spark plug tool that has a hex at one end to put a spanner on then a long Allen socket to hold the centre of the strut.

Do you know what size to get?

I don't have access to an air gun unless I do it at work and the bosses aren't very cool about things like this
