Title: Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Location

Hi,

Does anyone know where the 'Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor' is located on a Golf MK5 FSI 1.4. My engine management light has come on, I have scanned it and it shows the EGT sensor is faulty.

Usualy in the turbo, manifold or first part of downpipe mate..
