big thank you to Ridgeways body shop and PDI in Newbury today, a couple of scratches had manifested themselves on the boot of the Ed35 before the car was given to DMR (who improved considerably) and concern was the boot would need spraying
worskshop manager said he reckoned it would polish, called out one of his technicians and 15 minutes later all done and scratches gone while i waited and said they wouldn't charge me as it was a Ridgeway supplied car
great bit of customer service and cheered me up no end as they were bugging me
