Can anyone offer any advise on this car ie price , spec etc anyone owned it on here ?
I have started to look for a E30 , I seen this one but wanted others thoughts / comments.
Car looks good spec, average miles, 1 owner, not sure on wheels and have not seen blue trim on front grill.
Is there any easy way to see if a uk car other than plate on door trim ?
Is the car over priced ?
Many thanks

08 reg 40 odd thousand miles!!!!!!!!!!!way over priced. Non orginal wheels & engine if filthy & cover missing with some non standard air filter.I would run a mile. :happy2:

Yeah, nothing there fills me with confidence!

other than overpriced is it really that bad... most on here have had mapped cars and sold them on after stripping back to standard... dont see it being that different?

Nearly fell off my seat after looking at the price

over priced maybe but its only an ITG filter which lots here have fitted.
Look ok to me but at 10-12k rather than 14k.
I suspect the wheels were needed to clear the brakes.

The price in the screen says £15995!

Old salesman trick to make you think your getting a bargain price with the reduction!

Thanks for quick repies , I was thinking around 12 -12.5k , looks like quality parts ie intake, brembo brakes, it has been modified but 1 owner with 40k would think should have full service history. Dirty engine bay does not bother me can easy be sorted.
Anyone comment about uk / import ? Blue around grill ? I thought this is usually red ?

grille has probably just been painted...

My engine bay was dirty about 100 miles after I gave it a really good clean. Its amazing how much crap comes through the grills in the wet.
Ive seen quite a few cars with painted gril strips. It can be re painted red if you prefer. It just clips off easy.
My old S3 was an import. didnt affect warranty or insurance or anything like that. Only thing was I needed to change the passenger side mirror glass to a uk spec. The Euro spec one at the time was slightly magnified and you couldnt see much out of it.

Yes it is a WEE bit on the expensive side. :stupid:
That engine bay is bloody filthy though. Nothing wrong with that air filter, the ITG Maxogen, on a stage 2 car, to be honest I would expect it along side with the other modifications.
Most peeps are much happier buying a stock car and either keeping it that way or modifying it to their own designs. Prime example being that ITG, not to everyone's taste in looks or the Darth Vadar sound. The chap could strip that car of mods and make 2k + in parts easily and still get 11k-12k for the car (once it's been detailed inc the engine bay)

Its got DSG-Xenons-RNS-Highline dash , any other spec on it , winter pack , lux pack? The brakes look top notch , and I doubt the engine cover would fit with that intake. If you like it , go see it , test drive it and bargain hard!

No the OEM engine cover as it is will not fit but if the owner has carried out these mods they would surly be aware it's an easy mod to fit inside the Induction kit which makes the engine bay look better and more importantly helps protect the engine from dirt and water.

I'd say the grill must be painted. I'd go take a look.

i would have a look as someone has done some great mods already im pretty sure they would be on most peoples wish list and a engine wash is easy to do, i run a itg intake and its not to easy to fit the original engine cover without cutting it up which is probably why its not fitted. personally i would use any bad points/worries to bring the price down a bit.
I know theres some pretty cheap edition30's out there but there not all in good condition so im sure the nicer ones should fetch a little higher price.
