i have the rears all the way down , and the adjusters out but the front still has a good bit further to go . I had them all the way down at 1st however the sump was taking a bit of a scraping after a few journeys and the arches were none to happy either

Thanks for all the nice comments  :happy2:

I think I'd have to get a silver one if I went back to a mk5 quite rare compared to other colours from what I've seen and the darker ed/r lights with the lower valance and wheels work a treat mate  :happy2:

Looks nice but the only thing that would niggle me is the short front plate on the standard size plinth, are you going to shorten the plinth to match?

The car will be coming off the road soon for winter , i have a few parts sitting there for it that need to go on xenon's , oil , oil filter , gearbox oil , porsche oil cap and coolant cap. car will also be getting some paintwork done on it. Still looking for parts tho , wanting a new us spec front . Going to be going down to gi motorsports to have them make a cage for it and still on the hunt for brakes ( on the hunt for money to fund the brakes ) loba clutch will be on order soon and hopefully have the diff not to long after that .

also was planning on je pistons and rods arp headstuds , couple of other wee parts. Will need to see what my bank balance says soon haha :happy2:

great looking car. only thing id pick at is the front end the small private plate looks great, though it'd look miles better without the standard plate surround

I replaced mine with a us spec rear and had it re painted. You could smooth and paint the standard one in the same style without the smaller plate size.  :happy2:

....If so, what fuel pump does she have?

Could be time for an APR, Loba, or Autotech internals (installed in brand new OEM pump being recommended).

It was something to do with the map we think, we changed the spark plugs and cleaned the injectors  at the same time so cant be sure, but seems to be ok now. It was a autotech internals in a new pump that was put on it mate  :happy2:

Then with aftermarket pump internals it should handle the demands of your remap.

Random/intermittent fuel cuts are typical of a pump hesitating in meeting the ECU's demands, that's why I mentioned it.

I hope it stays ok, Graeme  :happy2:

Will do bud. I changed the cam follower as well as that's a sign of it failing , not much damage on it tho. but will definitely have a wee look on vcds and check the low pressure pump.

Cheers  :happy2:
