I went to try and fit my suspension this morning and got stuck at the first nut I tried to undo.
The anti roll bar link just keeps spinning when I try to undo the nut, I managed to get a few turns but now I can't tighten or loosen the nut, I tried to use a hex bit in the middle but a 5mm is too small and a 5.5mm is too big!
Can anyone help me out with some advice? I just want to tighten it now so I can drive my car

It's not a hex nut that's why mate. It's a spline bit..... :-)
Let's hope you've not rounded it off

Do you know what size it is?
If its rounded off I think I'll have to get a new one and cut the old one off

Can't remember mate sorry. At a guess 6mm...

I got called into work so managed to use the tools here to tighten the nut up again.
This was my last free day for the next few months to get a chance to get my suspension on so think I will be finding a garage to do it for me now
