Title: Tracking settings for fast road car

I am going to be getting  the 4 wheel tracking done pretty soon and was wondering what are the best settings for good handling, am not sure if this has been asked before but I can't find a search option!
I use my car mostly for fast road use not track

Thanks but this only explains it doesn't give any instructions to follow for doing the setup?
