Title: What colour?

I looking for a nice GTI but can't decide which colour is best.

I don't like black, not sure about grey, kinda fancy white... any opinions?

that's a very personal question, and when it's your car it's unlikely another person who you've never met will be able to give a useful opinion on it

for example, i hate white but you seem to quite fancy it. i like black, but you're not too keen.

personally, however, i feel that Tornado Red is the best colour for the GTI, bar none.

Yes, you're right, it's a personal opinion and yes I think Tornado Red is the best also.

TBH I'm just trying to build up my post count so I can search this fine forum.

When it's freshly polished on a sunny day, tornado red is outstanding. Black is stunning too, but shows dirt very much.

It's a good colour for hiding the dirt.  :wink:

Tornado Red, end of!!  :happy2:

Personnal choice really, I like the silver a lot, black is ok, white looks amazing when clean and both look s**t when dirty and the Laser Blue is pretty good as well. Oh and red (of course!). Don't think I've missed any out.

I don't think any colour can be more stunning (or satisfying to detail) than Diamond Black Pearl, but it's a massive pain to keep clean and you've no option but to do a thorough job every time you clean it.

Yeah, I do!

I was seriously considering Candy White but forgot about the cleaning issue.

I think I'll probably go for red or silver or maybe grey. Then again... !
