Title: No DTC's but Readiness fails???

Hi Guys,

I recently cleared all DTC's on my car and reset the readiness via VCDS.
However, the readiness appears to have failed again on exhaust emissions,
Catylitic convertor and oxygen sensors.

How is this possible with no DTC's????

afaik if you just cleared your DTCs then you will fail the readiness test.
Drive the car for 100 miles and try it again.

Yes, but the readiness tests did pass after I cleared the DTC's.
After driving the car for approximately 150 miles the readiness is marked as failed for some components and no DTC's. I have not yet tried to reset the readiness again as I was wondering what would cause this?

VCDS today shows another DTC - great!!
