Does any one know how i can get to watch a dvd whilst driving? I have a RNS 510

Is it done through vcds? Have you done search?

Its not the same as a full firmware re-install, so all existing data (maps/music) remains on the hard drive.

The Video in Motion file is attached. There are 2 files in the zip.

VIM_berto.iso is the video in motion file.

RECODE_berto.iso is the file if you want to undo changes.

Open the file and burn a copy of the VIM file to a cd-r.

Start the car eject any cd/dvd in the unit.

Press and hold “<” “>” and “SETUP” buttons.

While holding buttons your screen will go black: insert burned CD-R.

When it prompts you OK/Cancel on a white screen, hit OK.

It will reboot 4 or more times.

The head unit should auto-reboot when you remove the CD.

Takes about 5 minutes.
