Personally I'd put an £13 to it and get a Nilfisk. This is what was recommended to me and find it a great little unit.

can you hook the snow foam thing to these? never owned a pressure washer and am currently looking at getting one but want to get snow foam on it! - im referring to the nilfisk btw

Do they have Karcher type connectors, so I can re-use some of my existing stuff?

Unfortunately Nilfisk do not have the same connectors as karcher, so if you've got a generic snow-foam lance, you'll need to buy a new adaptor for it
