Hi im just looking for some advice regarding my car...
The car is a 2005 1.9tdi 55reg, today i noticed some rust starting to bubble through on the drivers side front wing.
The car has a gti front bumper and 18s (amongst a lot of other mods), the car hasnt been lowered yet but will the wheels etc affect the guarantee (ie can they use it as an excuse to not touch the car because its not standard)?
What kind of stuff do i need to take with me when i head down to VW tommorow?
Will i get a courtesy car if they accept the repairs?
Thanks a lot,
Dave :)

Have you read the other threads about it?
In my experience, I just turned up and showed the paint inspector the wings. It's a known issue and speaks for itself really - you shouldn't have to push it as the precedent has been set so many times recently.
If they repair it is out of goodwill and not under warranty so to speak, due to it being a design fault.
