If CAB don't have someone in-house they'll always get someone specialist in for an appointment with you. Subjects like employment and contract law are right up their street, also family matters/problems and social issues.

i have some info on it in my manuals, but we only do tort, land, family and probate here.

obviously, it is a specialist subject so you need a specialist but can look up the basics if you like

No worries, most people think if you are a lawyer you know about ALL areas of law. You may have had to have studied it to qualify but that does not mean you have looked at it since you sat the exam. Would you ask a neurosurgeon about the latest plastic surgery techniques?  :stupid:
