Title: Leaving your windows open!
Post by: Moz on August 04, 2012, 09:13:58 am
I hate that sinking feeling when you wake up, and obviously check your car is still there, and then notice your windows are down!!!!!

Luckily it's not rained, and even more luckily no one has gotten in and robbed anything!

Now as I'm in the nude and live 2 floors up, I'm not going down.

That's why I love my golf, WINDOWS UP!!!

P.S Is there any VAGCOM way of enabling windows up when ever you single click the alarm to lock the car, to prevent this happening again?

I know on the Leon / Golf if you have auto rain sensing wipers there's a way to get the sunroof / windows to close if youve left them open and it senses rain

Just enabled this on my car then spent about 10mins throwing water over the windscreen and watching the windows close! I'm easily pleased!.  The guide is wrong as the first module you need to select is the Central Convenience not the Central Electric.

Maybe it's different for a diesel...

shouldn't make a difference, as long as both the RLS and CCM are done
