depends on your car and what Steering wheel control module you have and what Cruise control stalk you will need.

Steering wheel + MFSW Buttons + Airbag
Steering Wheel + Airbag + MFSW Loom
Slip Ring
Cruise Control Stalk
Steering wheel Control Module (SWCM)

I think it depends on the steering control module.
That has to match gte slip ring (type1 / type 2).
Do a search, I've posted a link somewhere to rosstech's page with the part numbers.

short answer is YES.

for the MK6 wheel you NEED the 'CH' controller and the 'CH' controller NEEDS a type 2 slip ring and this is a type 2 slip ring.

However if your slip ring on your car already ends in 'C' or 'D' then you already have a type 2 slip ring so you wont need to change it

yes. take the top off the steering column (just clips off) and look at the part number on the sticker
