Thanks,

I will call them tomorrow and ask for a explanation , My mother has had her car since 2003  and does around 1000miles a year she is 73 and they give it a full service each year  like last year it was 8 yr old with 8300 miles so they did a 80k mile service It has just had a full service and Mot  and she was told it needs a new clutch and water pump , Money isnt a issue she can afford it  but it seams a lot to me

Ill ask for some discount or will just take it some where else thieving barstewardss

I generally think the car will get looked after better at an independent garage. They are usually family run so usually provide a better service to retain your business. Most main dealers couldn't give a monkeys as they get a wage at the end of the month either way.
