Title: Wanted: VW repair main dealer recomendations in north east England please.

My car still has 6 months warrenty left but has an issue.

Anyone have any recommendations for a decent VW main dealer repair service department with techs who can properly fault find and repair to a good standard in the Newcastle/Durham/North east area?

I've used the one on Scotswood when I had an airbag fault and they seemed spot on. HOWEVER I also had the mid fortune of using their bodyshop to get my wings repaired under warranty for the common rust issue and they were a bunch of chimps. There's a guy lad on the service dept and he was quite good. Not sure on the general ability of the techs but they did solve my issue well

Ive had good and bad experiances with them Scotswood but not sure if anyones any better.
