Title: Sticky Stuff Remover
Post by: monte on August 12, 2012, 10:05:31 am
Just wanted to recommend this Sticky Stuff Remover I bought the other day  :notworthy:

(https://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fcamperukonline.co.uk%2Fimages%2FTN_sticky%2520stuff%2520remover.jpg&hash=147c9bf71e00316481e9c8ad85ecc0588db72368)

It comes in so handy and shifts that sticky residue from stickers, labels, double sided tape etc straight away  :happy2:

Removes tape/sticker residue, tar, grease, chewing gum, make-up, candle wax, adhesives etc, from glass, wood, metal, work tops, fabrics, tiles and it's safe on paintwork and even skin and hair

I bought the original liquid version, but they sell a spray too.

£3.99 from Lakeland.

Def worth investing in a bottle.

I find WD40 is the best for removing sticky residue.

I've been using this stuff for years. I normally get it from one of those Kleeneze caralogues that come through the door that has loads of pointless but useful household stuff in.
