Just after some words of wisdom from you chaps who have cut up and modded their engine covers to fit around intakes etc.
Bought a spare cover to fit around my Dbilas intake, but I now wonder if you actually need to use specific high temp paints/glues to make this all fit together or will just normal products do just fine.
Any info much appreciated.

I had to modify mine to fit around my twintake. I just used all purpose plastic glue from homebase to glue abit of my engine cover back on. I just sprayed mine with normal spray paint i got from halfords (reflex silver) but the blue was high temp as it is the same colour as my brake calipers :happy2:
The heat hasnt effected the paint in any way, heres a pic of mine:

Try something a bit different, water transferable printing (WTP). :happy2:
