Took the family for a few days in Cornwall, and on arrival after a long drive, thought we would take a walk along the beach. When we pulled up in the car park about 6:30pm i noticed lots of people getting out of there cars instead of in them. :chicken: So i ignored this and went onto the beach only to find this.

Simply amazing site, watching it trying to stay alive, fighting against it's own weight. You could feel how exhausted it was and it was obvious the ending was not going to be a happy one.
Don't think i will ever see something like this again any time soon.

As I live on the coast in the SouthWest, this story was on the local TV News.
They managed to tow her away offshore and will perform a post-mortem.

One of the rare times my home town of St Austell gets mentioned in the news, and it's bad news, as poor 'Mrs Free Willy' dies on the beach at Carlyon Bay.
Hope you enjoyed Cornwall TC.
