So after hitting a pot-hole last week i got new tyres on Monday and thought all was well. Unfortunately tonight I've went out for a drive and there is a constant vibration which seems to be coming from the front passengers side area. Is it possible ive broken the driveshaft or buckled the alloy? Or any other suggestions what it could be?
-
Doh, Could be either, Presume the wheel balanced ok? The tyre fitter should of mentioned if buckled. Could also be the wheel bearing or spring?
-
Yeh the wheel balanced out fine. Yeh I thought he woulda said something also. Yeh I'm gonna get a proper look at it tinnitus when its light I just hope it's not gonna be costly :(
-
If balanced ok should rule out the wheel. Swap with the rear on the same side to be sure.
-
well it turns out the wheel nuts werent on properly!!
-
Wow your lucky! :surprised:
I would defiantly be going back and telling them! :scared:
