Is there any guides on here for the following:-
I'm capable of doing it but just need some pointers plus anything that would catch me out. I'm looking for changing pollen and air filter plus the plugs. Not paying another £180 quoted to do these will just get oil and filter just to keep my stamps up to date. Thanks very much.

Here you go, all very straight forward stuff :happy2:
Pollen filter http://chrishowells.co.uk/?p=606 (http://chrishowells.co.uk/?p=606)
Plugs http://changegears.wordpress.com/maintenance-information/diy-spark-plug-change/ (http://changegears.wordpress.com/maintenance-information/diy-spark-plug-change/)

When putting new plugs in, I don't advise using antisieze on the threads. NGK state that the correct torque is VERY important. Use a torque wrench and get it right. The correct torque for the TFSI cylinder head is on their website.

Just done it thanks for the guides. How easy was that! Garage wanted £80 to do that!
