Post by: morry_ed30 on August 24, 2012, 08:55:50 pm
Hi guys just a quick one, fuel settings? Is setting 1 leaner with 9 being rich or is it the other way round, got some blue smoke at full throttle and would like to go a touch leaner then data log just unsure which way to go with the setting, higher or lower ?  Thanks in advance  :happy2:

I think its the other way around, high is rich. Most people leave it high to protect the cylinders from over heating with it burning lean

The higher the number, the leaner the fuel.

Ok, but i am still not sure about that. Why would revo recommend a lean setting as default

Higher is richer that's why Revo recommend 9 as default on cars without uprated hpfp.

No it isn't. You can still change fuel on a car without a pump.

That's what Revo told me as the standard HPFP is on its limit at stage 2 so requesting maximum fuel was advised

The lower the number on Revo setting = more fuel.  :signLOL:

So fuel 9 is leaner than fuel 3
