Title: Mdi interface rns510 settings

Hi all. I have a mdi interface installed in my car and I've never done anything special in vag com.

I have an issue that unless I'm set to audio on the mfd the next and prev buttons in the steering wheel don't work but the volume does!

Any ideas?  It's ok when on radio or cd the functions work in any mfd state.

afaik you'll need to use vcds address 37, coding>long coding helper and check the first 2 boxes for Byte 0

I know it's been a while since you posted this. But I looked yesterday and only one box was ticked. I'll give it a go hen I've updated my IPod.
