Title: Ipad unlock help.

My Ipad is currently lcoked to Orange.
I have been given the instructions ( by Orange ) to unlock the device and the first instruction after switching it on is.

Use the “restore” option within iTunes (located at the bottom of iTunes not the top)

Where is this on itunes i cant see it anywhere on the page.   :ashamed:

Have you selected your Ipad device on the left hand side column in itunes? On mine, it brings up a 'summary' of the selected device and if you scroll down there's an option to 'restore', under the heading that says 'version'. Not sure if that's what you mean, I'm no good with itunes either lol. :grin:

Aye, all it says when on the device is this Sim appears not to be supported.  :rolleye: i cant even find a restore feature through search.  :sad1:
I am beginning to wonder what the world record distance is  for throwing it off a three storey building.  :fighting2:

the thing is it says above use the restore at the bottom of page ??
