Afternoon all.
Has anyone purchsed these protective seat covers from this seller, or something similar? He's reveived loads of good feedback, worth a punt?

.
I'm sure that if you ask your local VW dealer's Parts Manager they'll be able to tell you. It seems from your post that no-one here knows.
Just out of curiosity, why/when would you ever use loose seat covers?

It seems from my post its less than 30 minutes old...give it time. :drinking:

Might be worth getting some of these for when the cars in the garage getting bits and pieces done! :happy2:

....My VW dealer always puts a seat cover on before driving it into the workshop and to do any test drive afterwards. Most caring garage businesses do.

To stop your seats getting shagged... :happy2:

....But surely you would never use seat covers while spirited driving. It's not as if the GTI seats get shagged easily anyway, especially the Interlagos cloth. Dogs in passenger seats I can understand.

Why not?
Not so bad on the cloth seats but the ed30 leather bolsters can get worn, especially if you wear jeans a lot. :happy2:
-
Why not?
....Because when you are driving hard you get moved around in your seat. Loose covers are gonna make that worse. But ETTO :happy2:
-
They will come in handy, just leave them in the boot and one day.......
Friends and I went "Paintballing" a while back, not only got soaked but covered in mud! Got back to our cars, could not bring myself to strip off in the carpark so used loads of bin liners I had in the boot (thank god they were there). Still managed to get S**te everywhere. :sad1: these would have been the ticket, even if it is £30.
:happy2:

But for everyday driving......
No one is suggesting using these at the nurburgring.

...........do a search for dog seat covers, much better than just the normal nylon type ones, lot more heavy duty & a lot bigger. The one i have goes down into the rear footwells & is water proof as well. :happy2:
