Hey guys,

Been thinking about a remap for a while, but it seems you need to choose carefully with these ones, what are superchips like??

Your right there are lots to choose from. I would personally go for a custom map if you can afford it. I have the Gt 140 and bought a shark remap for 2 reasons. One they have a good reputation and two i like the STS device. I am having a hybrid fitting this weekend and will then be booking car in for cudtom map at Shark.
Matto has a 170 and had a custom map at Shark with dpf delete. The only drawback with generic maps is thry dont take into condideration of any mods. Not the answer you were specifically looking for but might spark some interest :)

PD170 is a completely different car to map that other cars because it has the DPF bolted onto it and wasnt designed to (Newer CR170 was designed with the DPF in place)

I ran Shark Stage 0,2 and 2+ DPF Delete's and they come highly recommended

I previously had JBS DPF Delete on that car but the shark mapping was far superior

Ok as I'm so new to all this mapping talk i need to go to basics, are you saying that because my car has the dpf I will have to have it removed to get the best out of any remap?
