Managed to get an old freind in the car job to give me a blat in a Ferrari 360 the other day, was well impressed on how the paddles were mounted to the dash and not the wheel, avoided that mid corner wincing rev limiter bouncy thing as you find yourself nowhere near the paddles with some lock on.

Was also very impressed with the brushed stainless finish so when I saw these I thought I quite fancy a do, but I think I'd be letting somebody else take the plunge first. The exchange rate is better at the mo.Having said all that I have to go stateside with work fairly regularly and might treat myself and avoid shipping and report back

Nice bit of bling, I don't see any benefit other than that, really.

Still, I'd have a set given to me!!

Spock wants his ears back

The TID styling ones, although stick on, are better for use during cornering as they are extended and you still keep the OEM + and - lights :happy2:

DomT had a quick feel at mine at the RR day(yes - I mean the paddles!!) and was impressed at how secure and stiff they were!!

If you open the link in  the first post, can somone take a look at the pics and explain why they dont seem to match. The first pic look like they are covers the second and third pic look like different models and look like extensions with the little light continued as well.
I am confused.  :rolleye:

I think they may be  a bit more rigid.
Wouldn't mind a set but more important things to have first.

Got the aluminium TID extensions myself - specifically to avoid the fumbling for the DSG levers whilst going round corners...

Recommend them to anyone considering them - worth while addition.  Also has the benefit for show casing the paddle-shift a bit more  :popcornsoda:
