Title: Help Urgent. Turbo Loud Whistle

Hi i have broke down and now waiting for AA to turn up. Was driving along and i suddenly started to hear loud whistleong noise from the engine everytime i accelarate . And the car has not much power im
Guessing its something to do with the turbo . Anybody have any idea of what it is and please somebody tell methat it could be aomethibg minor.

It's possibly the Diverter Valve split...

Very loud, more like a whoooossh of air. I knw the tdi has its own whistle . But i know this aint normal

Has it got anything to so with the dump valve ? Or is the diverter valve is the dump valve

Could also be the boost pipe has come out of the inter cooler

I dont want to get under it or do anything im pissing ma self that it may cause further damage

Job complete . It was the inter cooler pipe which got a split. Guy taped it and sealed it. Tomoro will get a new one and replace. GREAT SUCCSESS
