Good write with plenty of pics, that`s what I like.

I`m considering Hard Body for my winter prep but there`s so many quality products out there to choose from I don`t know which way to turn.
Still a few weeks of decent weather yet though (I hope) to get it sorted.

i used the body wrap and think its better than the werkstat stuff, going to get the hard body soon as its meant to be far better than the body wrap

I`ve been using Werkstat over the summer on a silver Golf and I`m quite happy with the results but I`m wanting something durable for winter but it has to look good on silver too.

im a massive fan of the werkstat acrylic kit... but for me for winter I had to look at something more durable and requiring less maintenance. Which was where Wolf's HB came in. There are a lot of options you guys could look at, CQuartz, G Techniq...these are in the super sealants range.

I'm putting some CQuartz UK on my candy white ed30 on wednesday, will be interesting to see how it compares to the Hard Body :happy2:

I was inspired by Ryans winter prep so treated myself to Wolfs Shine and Seal + Hard Body having never used Wolfs products before.

Spent yesterday on the car although not quite finished yet but the Wolfs products were easy to use and left the silver paintwork like glass.

The wheels need to come off soon for a once over, I`ve had Gtechniq C5 on them for 10 months and it`s still holding up really well although it may have lost some of its glossiness.

Thanks for all the kind comments guys, makes spending so much time that little bit more worthwhile. This winter I went with a Gyeon setup and have so far been impressed with the durability, although I replaced their Q2M Cure with CarPro Reload in my maintenance washes as I am a massive fan of this product. Will be looking to post up another detail soon (probably a pre summer prep) which will look at the flip side of the winter detail, aka not so much focused on durability but maximum gloss.

Awesome work

Nice to see a CW detailed like that

Mine needs a good clean, would like to start pain correcting but don't have any where inside to do it and never tried it before
