Does anyone know if you can spray or paint a intercooler ?

Not a good idea as the paint will hold the heat.

I spoke to Forge about this when i bought a cooler from them. They said they could supplied them powdercaoted and the difference in intake temperature was minimal.
The one i had i sprayed with Hammerite Matt Black paint which done the job  :happy2:
