Title: Ignition live for RCA cable

Hi guys I'm going to fit an amplified bass box in my mk5 r32, I need to know where to get an ignition live from? Is the best place from the fuse box? If so what fuse number please and fuse box location or an easier option?

Are the 12V sockets both front and back only live with the ignition on?

or where the brown wire goes

Yes, they are. I heard that pin7 on oem harness is for ignition, but it's 50/50.

Picked mine from the Climate control wire works perfectly
