Title: Warning Triangle Part Number
Post by: f1fan on September 21, 2012, 09:58:02 pm
I want to buy a warning triangle for my mk5 GTi, problem is I have terrible OCD and won't be happy unless I find the right model that fits in the proper plastic holder on the left side of the boot (sad I know!).  I've see some photos somewhere in a VW brochure of what it looks like but can't find it again now.

Can anyone tell me the correct part number for the proper triangle that will fit?

Thanks

thanks guys, but now I'm confused again!

What's the difference between 000093057 and 8D9860251B and does the kit 000093059 contain 000093057? I'm guessing it does?!

The kit I linked to is everything that goes into the slots on the left hand side of the boot. It includes the warning triangle you're after and if you're really OCD, you'd get the kit and not just the warning triangle.

8D9860251B looks like the Audi version.

This is what i have also  :happy2: the triangle slots in the sqaure holder and the bag is held in by the strap - perfect fit.

They come up on ebay everynow and then - i got a few months ago for £16 delivered from http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLKSWAGEN-SAFETY-KIT-/170838470184?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Touring_Travel&hash=item27c6c42e28 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLKSWAGEN-SAFETY-KIT-/170838470184?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Touring_Travel&hash=item27c6c42e28)
