Title: A3 8P Bose Speakers into Mk5?

As title, will Bose soeakers (doors, mini amp and sub in boot) fit in a mk5?

Reason i ask is because my local scrapyard have a 55 plate A3 with bose and they said i can have the full bose speaker set up for £40 :)

Any help is appreciated, im not too bothered about the sub/amp if theyre hard to wire in but i would like tendoor speakers iftheyre a direct swap :)

At 40 quid id buy them anyway and sell them on at a profit if they dont fit in the mk5  :happy2:

Im definatly buying then either way on saturday when ivget time to go and take them out :happy2:

If they dont fit i will let my brother by them off me for the A3 i just sold him that doesnt have bose :)

My mother's Audi had the Bose system. All badged up with the little Bose plaques.

When removing the door cards (dropped a tinting squeegee) about a year ago they turned out to all be blaupunkt!? :surprised:

Having Bose is only an amp and preset EQ settings. I know this having come from an Audi A4 with Bose.

I dunno if it'll fit or not but take it from someone who's had 2 A3s over a period of 110k miles and 7.5 years - IT'S SH!T

I wouldn't waste your time, just move them on at a profit and have a proper speaker system fitted
