Title: mk5 licence plate bulb holder

Just managed to snap my licence plate bulb holder. Anyone got any idea what part no it will be and how much. Any other website i can buy it frkm. Thanks

Only a few quid from the dealers mate, (£6ish i think)I did the same last year, frost had made them brittle over time.

Yeap, about £7 ish. Part number is 3D0 943 021 A

Can you just change the bulb instead of the whole unit? Anyone link to the bulbs if you can?  :popcornsoda:

^^^^ super quick job to change. Just unscrew the 2 screws, pop out the centre section from the left hand side IIRC (you should see a small recessed area where a tool can be placed to lever out this section) pull down the area slightly and bobs your uncle, remove bulb. Can go OEM if you want, part number is N 017 725 4 or TBH get LED's. I bought some incredible ones from Amazon for about £5. Link...
