Title: Middle button on key ?

Quick one...

Can some please explain the middle button on the key...
It has a hatch/trunk symbol on it, however i can't seem to get it to do anything?

What's its purpose ?

if you hold it down it will unlock just the boot for you mate, people have modded the boot mech so that it has a popper though

yep as beeny said just hold the button down then just the boot will open and then when you shut it,  it will auto relock

But don't put your key down in the boot.

Easy way to lock yourself out of the car.  Just for this reason I never use the function.. :ashamed:

its alright.. in the bora if you unlock the car and open just the boot the rest of the doors will lock  :confused:
ive had some near miss calls
