Title: Sanity check - Fiscon basic plus loom needed?

Hi all,

Recently bought a fiscon basic plus, but only received the fiscon unit and the mic. Surely I need loom to fit the box?

I have the telephone prep kit and mfsw fitted to my gold mk5 if that makes a difference? And it will be used with a RNS510.

Would really appreciate help.

It should have a loom from the unit that interfaces between the VW loom and the head unit.
