Title: White marks

Hi everybody,

I noticed tiny white marks on the top of my steering wheel at the weekend, it's as if the leather is wearing through in tiny white dots.

Not sure if the wife's rings are scratching into the leather. Can the steering wheel be replaced or re-trimmed in leather?...
