Title: May have to sell my ED30

I'm seriously looking to take over a garage business and may have to sell up to fund it. I need just over 20k, applied for a loan and was rejected for whatever reason. I have a good credit history, but maybe i was asking for a little too much cash? Anyway, without turning this into too much of a "what's it worth thread" realistically what should I be asking for my car if i do have to sell up?
The mods are in my sig, and the car has the following..

54000 miles - fsh - 3 door in black - 07 reg
MFSW
Auto dimming rear view mirror
Highline dash
Pioneer nav
Build number 30  :smiley:
Cam belt, tensioner and water pump replaced a few months ago with genuine parts
Very well looked after
A few stonechips on the front end
A couple of marks on 2 wheels

Decisions decisions, what to do  :scared:

£ 11,000 ? although sell your nav seperately.

I say £8.5k-£10k Max, non DSG or Xenons. Sell the upgrade hardware items separately and get £2k+
