Title: Knocking noise from front left suspension

After driving my ed over a few speed bumps recently noticed I get a knocking noise. Sounds like there's something loose maybe?? Poss the front subframe bolt and spacer mod would sort this? Any other ideas what it could be

Sounds like its lower down, thought it was the ballpoint. Going on ramp Tom hopefully and gonna put on the bolts and spacers this may hopefully cure it

let us know the results, I have the same prob in my VRS at the moment
