Title: removing pull handle from door cards

Hi guys I need to change the door handle on the golf the chrome one on the inside, there are two screw on the back securing it to the door card, I took them out but the handle is still very stuburn, am I missing something or do I need to be more forcefull thanks.

Is the door card off the door?

Yes forgot to add its of the car, still a night mare, ended up marking the hande and leather

As well as the screws, it clips in in two places, you should be able to see where , start prising the handle from the clips then it's holder, it will be stubborn most of the way as its a tight fit
