Title: ratty left front wheel

I have a noise coming from my front left wheel it comes when i go over speed bumps and bad roads but when i brake its stops and as soon as i lift of the bark pedal u can hear it again, Dont know wat it is as the car passed mot and i have new pads and discs all round. It is gettin on my tits lol.

Could it be a top mount?
