Title: mfsw parts clarification please

Some help needed please...

Just about to order a new mfsw for my 08 ED30 with
manual trans,just need some clarification if i can use my existing airbag and any otherparts that need to be ordered.

Airbag will be fine, if your changing from non mfsw to adding one you'll need the mini loom inside the steering wheel as this is a different and extra part

I presume i order the multifunction version for ny car ( manual trans) not a dsg wheel or something else?

don't forget you need to change the steering controller too

If you do this , could you list the parts you use please? I'm thinking about doing this upgrade in the near future , since I now know the buttons work with the Kenwood VW approved sat nav I'm having fitted.
