My brothers mate have a c63 amg he wants to sell quickly as he needs the cash for business reasons..I'm very intreasted in this car & I always wanted one but the 6.3 engine will run my pockets dry in no time..was wondering will a LPG convertion affect performance??or damage the engine??

I think it would be criminal to do such a conversion on a fire breathing monster like the C63 AMG.

Keep in mind with that type of car, it's not just the costs of fuel that hurt, but the overall running costs, servicing, tyres, and if something goes wrong, be prepared to be bent over. That's the reason why cars like that are so, relatively, cheap on the used market. The only ones who can actually afford to run them is the people who bought them in the first place.

Bare in mind that the car runs less economically on LPG. You'll need a tank the size of a rocket ship to get any decent range.

My cousin had one. Running costs are rediculous. Brakes are mega money and he went through loads of rear tyres. Be careful! :happy2:
