Title: Bought a new battery tonight.... Follow on...

Hi all after buying a bat tonight it was bigger than the original standard bat and the fabric cover didn't fit the new one.. Is there casing I can buy? Will the cold take any effect being open?

I'd imagine click and collect with a discount code off Euro Car Parts would be cheaper. It should tell you which OEM or OEM equivalents are right for your car :happy2:

Ok I'm on that having a look but which is best? There's a "lion" one and Bosch.. I've never had to buy one...

Yup the  battery in the link above will fit your car as it's the standard length and width.

Ended up getting the Bosch S5 one. Halfords stung me £110 but didn't have a choice.. Nothing else on their shelf was big enough for 2.0. Arses!!

the cover of mine as been missing for 5 years with no issues--mind if  anybody doesn't want theres i will have it
