Title: 3 year service plans

Hi

when you buy a new VW and purchase the 3 yr service packs  what paperwork would you expect to receive if any ? , Or is it just kept on the VW Data base ,I have two new vw and both have service packs  I just cant seam to find the supporting documents thanks as always

You get a letter confirming the plan and it takes about 8 weeks for it to arrive.  Are you pleased with the car??

As Trev rightly has stated you get a letter,but more importantly all your details are logged in the vw database so as to make sure that no matter what franchised vw garage you take it to they just type in your reg and get all the info from there.
