Title: Golf Owner from Sunny Norfolk!
Post by: Ted on October 25, 2012, 06:27:23 pm
Hi all, been registered on these forums for some time, always found the info good, previous car was a Seat Leon K1 (Revo STG2+), but ended up selling that and just recently buying a decent mileage black 04 Golf Tdi (140)

Plenty of plans, just unsure what order to get done!

Already looking at getting a remap done, and toying with the idea of the AMD Tuning map, also, I will be replacing the dull front bumper for the GT Sport (Minus the badges), new alloys, possible lowering, and most important at the moment, replacing the standard headunit for the RNS 510 as I had one before, and was great!

So many plans! Thank god for credit cards  :grin:

Nice, pretty much what I fancy doing to mine. Steering wheel with controls, highline display.

Did you have any issues when swapping your accelator pedal over? I've got the boring black plastic one, and fancy changing it for this;

Unsure if it would require any coding etc... or just plug and play
