Title: Ch reps
Post by: nathangallo on October 26, 2012, 10:17:33 pm
Looking on eBay at gloss black ch reps with the silver lip, has anyone had experience of these? There are £425 inc delivery which seems alright.

£425 for reps or £650ish for brand new genuine BBS VZs. They won't be black and silver, but at least they'll be genuine and you'll be assured of quality  :happy2:

Would go with Sub and recommend some BBS VZ's, 18"x8" with the right offset and real BBS wheels at a great price. IMHO the Hyper Silver on your car would look great. Have had a good look on eBay (seems loads with 42-45 offset with 5x112 on 18" wheels) at "BBS" wheels and not sure of the quailit. If you can find some reps from Germany etc that are TUV approved then alls good but as they say though, you pays your money, you make your choice....

Have heard of some BBS reps being brittle (might have been the LM's) and cracking or buckling more easily.

I don't mean to put you off but for a couple of hundred quid I'd get the real McCoy's.
